WELCOME, CORA
Our sweet daughter has arrived!
Cora Rose Peters arrived March 8th (International Women’s Day!) at 9:22pm. She was bigger than her brother, weighing 8lbs 8oz and 21.25 inches long. I’m planning to write her birth story in a separate post, but it was such an incredible experience. I will never take for granted the privilege it is to bring life into the world. We are so in love with our girl already.
Our first week home together has been wonderful. I feel like I’m more aware of soaking in every moment, knowing how quickly it all goes by. She has been a pretty great eater & sleeper most nights, long may that last!! Max is still figuring out what to do around her - he doesn’t understand why she’s not impressed with his toys haha! But we are settling into our new normal and I’m so excited for our growing family.
We are so thankful for you, sweetheart. You are the absolute perfect addition to our family. We can’t wait to see who you will become!
