GROWING BABY GIRL
Things have been quiet around here because of a very sleepy 1st trimester.
But things are looking up at 22 weeks!
We found out 2 weeks ago that baby #2 is a GIRL! I was very surprised, but Tim has somehow known the whole time. From the first few weeks, he would always say “It’s totally a girl. You’re just so much more tired this time around.” I boiled it down to the fact that I am now taking care of a very strong-willed toddler! But Tim’s fatherly intuition was correct, we’ll have a daughter in our arms by March.
I’ve been living in bodycon skirts / dresses and cropped tees. This week, I hit the point where pants are too hot and just not an option! I was pregnant with Max throughout the winter, so I’ll be interested to see how a summer pregnancy goes. I’m hoping the temperatures in New Zealand don’t get too hot this summer. But thankfully, we’re right by the ocean, so it’s nothing a little dip in the sea won’t fix!
