CORA'S FIRST SNOW
A very chilly morning outside, letting Cora experience her very 1st snow
We ventured outside with Cora and Max, along with my sister and her son Seth. The boys absolutely loved playing in the snow, much to our surprise. I quickly grabbed my camera, thinking they wouldn’t last more than 5 minutes in the frigid air. But they were out there for nearly an hour, with my sister and I scrambling to find gloves and scarves and boots for them. It was really special to experience snow together - especially so early in November! I know some people hate cold and snow but I love it…..especially with kids!
Such a special afternoon! I can’t wait to spend Christmas here - chopping down our own tree, cozying up by the fire, and hopefully even more snow days. The snow has since melted, and Max is disappointed he didn’t get to build a snowman and make an igloo. I think I can handle the snowman….but wish me luck on an igloo! Happy Holidays, friends.
